Instructions
Chop the cilantro into small pieces.
In a big bowl combine cilantro with the chicken thighs and season with black pepper, oyster sauce, fish sauce, soy sauce, and vegetable oil.
Marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Grill over medium high heat for 12 minutes or until cooked.
