Lao Grilled Chicken (Ping Gai)

Ingredients
- 6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
- 1-2 Tbsp Black Pepper
- 1 Cup Cilantro
- 3 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Fish Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- Chop the cilantro into small pieces.
- In a big bowl combine cilantro with the chicken thighs and season with black pepper, oyster sauce, fish sauce, soy sauce, and vegetable oil.
- Marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Grill over medium high heat for 12 minutes or until cooked.
