  • 6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
  • 1-2 Tbsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Cup Cilantro
  • 3 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Fish Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil


  • Chop the cilantro into small pieces.
  • In a big bowl combine cilantro with the chicken thighs and season with black pepper, oyster sauce, fish sauce, soy sauce, and vegetable oil.
  • Marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Grill over medium high heat for 12 minutes or until cooked.
