Bananas

Bananas are packed with essential nutrients like potassium, vitamin C, vitamin B6, and dietary fiber. The natural sugars and carbohydrates in bananas give you a quick and sustainable energy boost.

Strawberries

The fiber content in strawberries helps with digestion and keeps you feeling full longer. They also contain heart-healthy compounds like anthocyanins and flavonoids.

Yogurt

You can use regular yogurt instead of protein yogurt in this. Protein yogurt adds a significant amount of protein,  making the smoothie more filling and suitable as a meal replacement.

Honey

Honey has natural antibacterial properties, which helps to support your immune system. Using honey also adds sweetness to the smoothie so you don't need to add any extra sugar.

Milk

You can use regular milk instead of almond milk. I used almond milk because it's lower in calories and I generally like the taste better. This is also a great option for those who are lactose intolerant.
