Mango

Mangoes have a high water content that helps to keep you hydrated. They pair well with a variety of other fruits such as bananas, berries, and coconut. But I think pineapple is the best pairing.

Pineapple

Pineapples have a unique sweet flavor making them refreshing and delicious. You don’t need to add more sugar or sweeteners due to the pineapples natural sweetness. It’s also low in calories but high in fiber, which helps you feel full and satisfied.

Yogurt

Adding yogurt helps to make the smoothie rich and creamy. You can use any yogurt you please, I like to use the  Vanilla Oikos Protein Yogurt that has 17g of protein as an extra way to get more protein in my day.

Milk

Adding milk in a smoothie helps to bind the ingredients together. It also helps to thin out your smoothie if it’s too thick.

Honey

I always add honey in smoothies to have that extra little sweetness. I think it makes the smoothie taste better but it’s not needed. This is a completely optional ingredient.
